How to compare Sweetgreen menu calories without losing the product context
The directory above is the fast way to scan named products. This guide explains what the cards represent, why some items show ranges, and how to move from browsing one entrée to calculating the complete meal you actually want to compare.
Directory first
What this Sweetgreen menu calorie page is designed to do
The menu directory organizes prepared Sweetgreen products by the category attached to each dated source record. It is useful when you know the name of a bowl, salad, wrap, protein plate, kids’ meal, side, dessert, or drink and want a quick calorie reference before opening the full calculator. Every card keeps the product name, description, local image, calorie value or range, and any source note together so the number is not separated from the row it describes.
This page does not rebuild recipes from individual ingredients. A prepared row already represents the named product, so adding ingredient rows on top would count the recipe twice. For a from-scratch order, use the Create Your Own calculator.
Use the directory for discovery, then use the working calculator for variants, quantities, sides, sweets, drinks, and custom bowls. For the meaning of each nutrition column and the ingredient serving reference, continue to the Sweetgreen nutrition guide.
Read before adding
How to read a Sweetgreen menu card
A card is a compact summary of one prepared product. Follow the same four checks whenever two products or variants are close enough that context could change the comparison.
- 01Start with the category and product name.
The category describes where the product sits in this snapshot, while the name identifies the prepared row. Seasonal products and local availability can change, so category placement is a browsing aid rather than a promise that every restaurant offers the item today.
- 02Read the description as identity context.
The description helps distinguish similarly named products and records the menu presentation captured for the dataset. It is not a complete ingredient or allergen declaration. Use current official information for recipe-sensitive decisions.
- 03Interpret one number differently from a range.
A single value means every available source variant on that card has the same calorie total. A range means the product has distinct variants. Open the calculator and choose the exact label rather than assuming the lower or higher endpoint matches the order.
- 04Check the source note before calculating.
Notes call out known differences, including base wraps that do not include the named side dip. They are part of the product context, not decorative fine print. Match the note and serving to the intended order before adding the line.
Nine browsing lanes
What the menu categories help you find
The sticky category navigation changes browsing position without filtering or altering source rows.
Bowls, salads, protein plates, and wraps
These categories contain the main prepared products most people compare first. Review the named recipe as one complete prepared row. Wraps deserve an additional variant check because a side dip may appear in a separate official combined row rather than in the base-wrap value.
Seasonal products
Seasonal placement reflects the dated menu evidence used by this site. A product can disappear, return, or differ by market after the snapshot. Treat the directory as a documented reference and confirm current availability in the official ordering flow.
Kids’ meals and sides
These products remain separate prepared rows. Add them as separate meal lines when they are part of the order rather than folding them into an entrée estimate. Separate lines make it easier to compare an entrée alone with the same entrée plus an add-on.
Desserts and drinks
A menu comparison can be incomplete when it stops at the main dish. If a dessert or beverage belongs in the same order, add its product and quantity to the calculator so the meal summary reflects the full set of selected components.
Like-for-like comparisons
Products, variants, dips, and source notes
Most avoidable menu-calorie mistakes come from comparing rows that do not represent the same serving or configuration.
A prepared product is already assembled
The nutrition row for a named bowl, salad, plate, or wrap is not an empty recipe template. It already represents the prepared product documented by the source. Use that row directly when it matches the order, and do not add all of its presumed ingredients again through the custom builder.
Variants are separate source-backed choices
When a product has more than one variant, the calculator exposes each one instead of averaging them or hiding the difference behind a range. Choose the variant whose label, serving, and note match the planned order. The directory range is only a signal that this extra step exists.
Wrap side dips need explicit handling
A base wrap can exclude the named side dip while another official row includes it. The combined row is kept as published because separately rounded components do not always recreate every documented nutrient exactly. Do not add an assumed dip amount to the combined variant.
Source notes explain dated disagreements
The official menu page, nutrition guide, and ordering experience can differ in timing or presentation. A note identifies known differences without silently replacing a complete nutrition row with a partial current-menu number. Verify the live restaurant menu when the distinction affects the order.
From directory to total
Turn menu browsing into a complete meal comparison
The directory answers “what prepared products are represented?” The calculator answers “what do these exact selections total together?”
Choose the prepared product
Browse by category and open the calculator from the matching card. Search for the product name if needed, then confirm that the active variant matches the serving and note you just reviewed.
Add every separate component
Add the entrée, then any side, dessert, beverage, second product, or completed custom bowl that belongs in the same comparison. Keep exploratory items out of the final meal summary.
Check quantity and the full panel
Quantity multiplies the selected source row. Review calories alongside fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, fiber, sugar, and protein rather than treating one number as a complete description.
Verify time-sensitive facts
Before relying on the result, compare the dated row with the current official menu or ordering flow. Read the site’s nutrition disclaimer for the limits of estimates, allergens, and source snapshots.
Dated source method
Where the menu directory comes from
This independent page combines complete nutrition rows with dated official menu and ordering evidence captured on 2026-07-10. It serves a static local snapshot and does not call Sweetgreen when you view it.
Prepared products stay separate from Create Your Own ingredients, unknown values are not changed to zero, and local images replace external image hosts. Recipes, portions, suppliers, restaurant availability, substitutions, and preparation can change after the snapshot.
Menu questions
Sweetgreen menu calories FAQ
Short answers about directory coverage, calorie ranges, wrap dips, full-meal calculation, dated differences, and this site’s independent status.
How many products are included in this Sweetgreen menu guide?
It lists every prepared product in the dated runtime dataset. The displayed total updates when the source collection changes.
Why does a Sweetgreen menu card sometimes show a calorie range?
A range means the source provides multiple variants. Open the calculator to choose the exact label and read its serving and source note.
Do Sweetgreen wrap calories include the side dip?
Not always. Some wraps have a base variant without the named dip and a separate official combined row that includes it.
Can I calculate a full meal from the menu directory?
Yes. Add the matching product and variant, then include each separate side, dessert, drink, or custom bowl in the same meal.
Why might the menu guide differ from a restaurant or ordering app?
It is a dated snapshot. Availability, regional menus, recipes, portions, substitutions, and later official updates can differ.
Is this the official Sweetgreen menu?
No. This is an independent guide based on dated official sources. Verify current ordering, ingredient, allergen, and availability details with Sweetgreen.
Menu data changes
The official menu page and July 2026 nutrition guide do not agree on every current product. This site uses the complete nutrition-guide row and labels known differences. Verify the ordering app for the exact restaurant and recipe available today.
