By using this website, you understand that Sweetgreen Calorie Calculator is an independent informational resource. It is not operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sweetgreen, Inc. It does not sell food, accept orders or payments, manage accounts or rewards, issue refunds, or represent a restaurant.
The calculator, Menu page, Nutrition page, and support pages are provided for general comparison and planning. They organize dated public source information and the quantities you select; they do not create a restaurant-service, customer-support, medical, dietary, allergy, legal, or professional relationship.

Use the calculator as a comparison aid
You may use the public pages to browse represented menu products, compare source-backed variants, model a Create Your Own bowl from listed servings, combine selected lines, and copy a meal summary for personal reference. The resulting total is an estimate produced from the source rows and quantities selected in your browser.
You are responsible for matching the correct product, variant, serving, and quantity. A prepared product already includes its documented recipe row; adding all of its presumed ingredients again from the custom table would double count the recipe. A completed custom bowl is a different composite line built from individual ingredient portions.
Source limitations
Information can change after the snapshot
The site uses the Sweetgreen Nutrition Guide – Updated July 2026 and dated official menu/order evidence captured for the local dataset on 2026-07-10. Recipes, ingredients, portions, product names, side dips, availability, suppliers, preparation, and official values can change after that date or differ by restaurant.
The website may correct, replace, reorganize, or remove content when source evidence or functionality changes. No displayed row, image, description, category, or estimate is a promise that a product is currently available or prepared exactly the same way at a particular location.
